Ann Summers - watch out for refunds

A friend of mine recently held a party at my house, I ordered a bra and when it arrived it was the wrong size. The party rep said she would order the correct size and swap them, ive waited roughly 3 weeks for her to exchange them only for the new bra not to fit. What are my rights to a refund?0
