First time, I have come across where buyer has 'unconfirmed' paypal address. What steps I need to take for a safe transaction please???

Its a UK address and buyer has around 60 FB....

Any advice please??

I've been away from the thread for a while sorry! Been busy with my eBay business! Problem is now my personal account is now a business account I cant do a million listings a month! Just listed first item on ohs account and he has the 10 item limit! I was so motivated to get loads listed!

Natterjack, can you do more listings on OHs if you do them as scheduled listings? So you can get listings ready and waiting then just change them to start immediately when you can? Or will it not let you do scheduled listings if you already have 10 listings on the go?

Next best thing would just be the old school method of writing up in Word or similar, so you can copy and paste over when you can do the listing. And take pictures and have a folder ready for all the ones you've got descriptions for in your Word doc. And just put under each description the P&P cost so you don't have to work that out when you're actually listing.

I will keep on going as it is under 7 weeks to my wedding & I could really use the cash!
I'm away on my hen weekend this weekend coming, does anyone know how to add your holiday dates to your eBay listings?

Well I took advanage of the FLW and listed 16 items yesterday. I took the advice from people on here (thank you) and started my listings a bit higher, I already have one bid and several watchers :j


Really hoping for a good week of sales, it's just under 5 weeks to my holiday and none of my summer clothes fit me anymore. So I'm planning on spending on ebay as well as selling!

Couldn't make the most of the FLW since I was away, but got a couple of relists done. Managed to get about 10 other items listed this morning. I know it's not optimal to do them in the morning, but really want the space back in my house! Have started them all at 99p for the same reason. Lets hope they all shift

After having a wee break from ebay to get over my annoyance about getting negative feedback (for refunding someone too early for an item they say they didn't receive!!!!) i have managed to list 50 items today all on BIN as i have found this the best option for me - works out cheaper as things are listed for 30 days and i can use multi listings fingers crossed for lots of sales!!

Quite quiet on here atm. How's everyone doing?

I'm sloooowly adding stuff to ebay - getting about 2 or 3 listed each morning inbetween looking after the baby. I've got 30 active now, finishing over the next week-10 days. Got bids on about 10 atm. Because I've spreadout the finishing days, I hope the packing up won't be too bad.

Got a whole load of old children's comics to put on that we got out of my parent's loft a few weeks ago. Not looking forward to those listings.

ooh Lannieduck - Ive sold loads of comics youll do ok with those! I actually think they are quite easy as you can just use the 'sell similar' option. If you have any with posters/interviews in them - certain people or groups can fetch good amounts!
Doing ok - got loads finishing tomorrow and they are not doing too badly....
