  • Yes MerryMary - I dont mind combining postage I do it all the time, but think it is only polite (If you intend to wait a week before paying!) to email straight away and let the seller know! Looking like my Sunday listings may do well though :)
Just listed another 14 items to finish in 10 days - shattered now! So Im off to bed.

PS - Those Clarkes Boots sounds like a bargain!!! Im banned from buying boots/shoes for my daughters................They have far too many!
  • I sold a few things tonight and they did better than expected considering I started them at 99p.

I bought my youngest some Clarks Bugglies trainers for £3.50 + £2.50 postage, they are great and look like new.

Some people take ages to pay I just don't understand when it's a Buy It Now item, as normally when I buy something on BIN I pay straightaway, typically it is a Next coat for £18.99 plus post so am hoping it's not someone whose not going to pay.

I listed 6 things tonight 5 were relists of things that didn't sell. Am hoping for a free listing weekend again to relist what didn't sell last time.

  • Id like to go for 198 lol (100 free plus 98 99p starts left) but I don't think its going to happen. To hit a target of mine (to pay store card off this month I need £200 in sales!)
    £20 a day April 2014 £834.87/£600 :j
    £20 a day May 2014 £108.45/£600

Thanks guys! It's our first time selling and got really excited and told our parents and a couple of my close friends so we probably jinxed it :o our house has been on the market just over 3 months and only 4 viewings, wrong time of the year to be selling. We've never looked at any house before the offer so the last 2 weeks have been very busy but loving it :) only to be let down. Quite disheartening :( we may have lost some money as well cos we've already paid a deposit for the sale and purchase to the solicitor. We might take it off the market at the end of the month to 'let it rest' and start again in the spring. :)

We're trying to sell at the moment too - you have my sympathies as it's so disheartening - we're 1st time sellers too. Had 5 viewings but no offers yet.

This ebay lark is helping clear the house a bit though - going to aim for 2 relists from last weekend, 1 item we had 2 of listed 1 last week and it got 1 bid so couldn't do a 2nd chance offer so will 'relist' that and then aim for 7 more listings - overstretched my packaging ability last weekend!

Just keep thinking it's more stuff out of the house and if we ever move we'll have lots of money for new furniture!
