I am going to do some listings later about 8pm to finish on Thursday (after Eastenders), hopefully there will be another free listing weekend next weekend as they were doing them every two weeks before Xmas. I just want to get rid of stuff ASAP even if I only sell for 99p, I just need to make space for the next lot of stuff I find to get listed.

I haven't got any more bids on anything but hopefully tonight and tomorrow I'll start getting some as most people bid in the last minute or so.

Hooray, got a bid on one of my items, only £1.99 + post but am happy with that, got so much finishing tomorrow on Personal and Business account.

I just listed x2! Got x 29 finishing tomorrow (out of 40) so need to definately list more tomorrow. Im going for x 10! Sorted a few this evening ready for listing tomorrow.Have withdrawn money from paypal (despite New year plans!) as desperate for cash this week Have just had to pay for my daughters swimming lessons and got a couple of bills to pay this week. January is such a long month................

I think posting 1 a day like TMD is probably more my style and (energy level) though that's brilliant Jezminda that you sold those clothes. My closet/drawers/boxes etc could do with a serious clear out!!

My items from last weekend's free listing ended today. Out of 10 only 1 sale - Boo - oh well - that's another £13 in my pocket and one item less in the mound i have in our basement/study. Also managed to sell a stroller today! Yay! that's been taking up space in our garage - it was a Maclaren in great nic so got £90!:T Changing my signature to reflect these sales. Hope there are many more in my future...

Keep up the great work everyone. I do have to say that it get's me more interested in clearing the clutter when I have others' progress to follow too so go go go everyone:j!!!

I have 25 unsold tonight but the 11 items that sold made just over £90 + postage yeyy!
The rest will relisted for 99p on a 5-day. Need to get rid stuff asap too. Already have 2 bags for the charity
I'll be busy packing tomorrow. 11 items ending tomorrow, not looking good, very few watchers and only 1 has a bid.

Slipper75 - January is normally a bad month as people have no money, I have 25 things finishing tomorrow (only 1 has a bid so far), a few have watchers but these normally turn into nothing. I also have 10 Business auctions finishing tomorrow some of those have watchers but my Business account is slow as I don't have much to sell (only have 86 listings on there at the moment).

Merrymary - that is great that you sold 11 items, shame about the other 25 but hopefully you will sell those soon once people get paid. I am also going to relist my personal items at 99p tomorrow if they don't sell but will do them for 7 days so if there is another free listing weekend next weekend then I can just relist them when they end next Sunday.



I find it can be pretty tedious to list too many all in one go and then it puts me off doing any for a while, my Business items are OK as I do Good Til Cancelled listings so they will just relist themselves until they sell. At least relists are easy to do and not much energy is needed, 3 of the 4 I did earlier I have to take pictures of when the kids are all asleep otherwise they want to keep things, it's mainly clothes they have outgrown, they have so many clothes and with Spring/Summer approaching they have more than enough to last until then.

By my reckoning then - if everyone is as I am (= no money!) then we should be listing on Thursday for 10 day listings to hit endish of the month? I know I get paid on the 25th :T
Still going ahead with my listing plans today - I use the 'sell similar' option as my items are all in the same category so doesnt take too long & Ill list them all at 99 p starts so that I get free listings.

Hoping everybody makes some money today!

I have 2 days left on my listings and none of them have a bid so far except a 99p bracelet!:(

Every time I try clearing out my wardrobe for ebay, I end up buying more clothes!:o got rid of 5 more things from my wardrobe that I will list on the next free listing day.

A lovely sunday morning to all of you guys!
Off to do some food shopping and to drop off some bags to the charity shop. Are you allowed to drop them off outside the door if they're shut?

You reckon we'll get another FLD before the end of the month. I hope so!

jtz, 2 days is plenty of time to get bids. don't worry, i'm sure you'll get some last minute bids. I used to buy more than I sell as well but I'm getting better. I haven't bought anything for a month now. I've stopped browsing. I just go on ebay to sell or check how many bids I've got.
