I check mine by going to seller dashboard. In seller standing, click, 'performance standards'. Right next to 'last evaluation' tab, click 'daily performance'. At the bottom right of the page click 'view 12-month trending data'. A pop up will open, click 'by count' and it will show your number of transactions in the last 12 months. Gives you an idea as well what month you got a low star rating. Under 10 transactions doesn't show up.

I'm not sure how others find out or if there's a quicker way.

When I go on my ebay page, right at the very bottom it says how many Ive listed out of my 100 free ones.

Hi guys,

I'm going to join this thread and really start to sell things on eBay again. I did this a few years ago and tried to start it as a business but found it so difficult to either buy stock cheaply or find a niche market to make enough profit.

Has anyone ever read the eBay business book by a certain ebayer going by the name of Mollybol?

I still have the book and it gives hints and tips on how to maximise your profit on eBay. He also has a weekly hints and tips email that helps with issues ebayers have. I will post a link to his blog later when I manage to find it

Can i join you guys? My aim is to sell and make at least £50 a month. Want to start slow as in the past selling too much then packing then going to post office etc became a chore and lost my enthusiasm. But i have alot of debt to shift in 2012 so this is a great motivation for me. :j

Hi Everyone

Definitely need to start selling more personal stuff on Ebay (have a Business account but it's slow at the moment), we've swapped bedrooms round so my three girls have the bigger room and we have their smaller room so have a bit to get listed.

The more people who join this challenge the better as I need as much motivation as I can get. I miss mrscmr as she always got me motivated and I always tried (but failed) to beat her listing totals on the free listing weekends.

2012 is the year of not wasting money and getting the debt down.

i'm with you TMD. I have restocked the ebay cupboard of doom lol. it's all looking at me waiting to be listed. i wonder if we'll get a free listing day, usually do this time of year.

Im in for 2012......Used to post on this thread in 2010 but didnt last year. Cleared out an attic towards the end of last year and can say that I have loads to ebay! Got 57 items ending today (14 got bids so far) - as I went on a listing frenzy before christmas. Not high value items - but its all money.
Aim is to keep all the money I earn in paypal and watch it grow Only use it to pay for DD1s swimming lessons. This year is going to be a VERY tight year for us so will be nice to know that I am saving some money for eg days out in the summer.
So I should have another 100 free 99p listings starting today so I will be listing later............
