I bought some shoes for £18.01 and they were described as 'worn a hanfull of times but in very good condition'. The postage was £6.50. There was only one photo of them.
I received them today and they have clearly been worn more than a handfull of times (which I assume means they've been worn between 5 - 10 times as that's a hand!). There's wear on the inside. The postage was also only £3.38...
I've asked her for a partial refund of £10 and said that I would give positive feedback if she agrees. Otherwise I think I'm going to open a case against her. I wouldn't have bid that much for them if I knew what they were going to be like.
I've been offered a refund of £6.50 for the postage and been told that the wear could be due to them being worn with medical insoles - but even so, this should have been stated on the advert. I'm pushing for a £10 refund, because I don't think it's fair to me as a buyer. Not that I'm the most amazing seller in the world but I do expect the same standards to be shown when people are selling to me.0 -

that could be viewed as feedback extortion
as such any FB you left could be removed by eBay at the sellers request0 -
I thought you couldn't leave feedback once a case was opened?0

I have a problem. Someone bought something from me and I sent it recorded delivery. After he paid he left feedback saying thanks and that if I had anymore he would be interested. However, today I arrived home from work to find the parcel had been sent back undelivered for the reason "not called for".
What happens now? Do I need to repost it? If I contact the buyer and he wants me to send it again will I have to pay the postage or will he?0 -
