  • Just working out my ebay sales less my fees. I have £212.64 sales less £6.44 paypal & £24.93 ebay fees equalling £181.27 to add on. Doesn't seem that much seeing as it included my poor car! (Note to myself - that takes me up to the bike but not the bench or hedge trimmer!)

ARGH! 15 auctions, 32 watchers and not a single bid. They were 7 day auctions as well and finish tomorrow. 1 item alone has 17 watchers. Why won't people just bid?

oh dear! What did the car sell for? May have been more profitable to weigh it in for scrap :(

I've finally put some new listings on and I have some more in the process. After a HUGE bill I need to get some cash in quick so it was just the incentive I needed

Don't worry about people not bidding yet - most will bid at the end. I sold something at work last week for £150+, it only had a few pounds bid until the last 15 mins
Not been here in years! Hi everyone. Make £10 a day challenge = £78.45/155

Missed last weekend's free listings so I'll sort out & photograph some odds that I've got so I'll be ready for the next one.
I've got a lot of clothes that are 'good makes' but I've not tried selling clothing before. What's the best way to photograph them? On a hanger or on a body!

    Yay :T
I felt like that earlier when someone bid on my £30 item that I've listed on three free listing weekends in a row.

I'm up to £146 this month. My total this year so far is £525 which is an achievement for me.

My problem is that I find myself straying onto other peoples listings, and now I have about 1000 items in my watch list and am trying my best to resist the urge to buy - got to remind myself that most of the shizzle that I'm selling is stuff that I bought on ebay & it ended up not fitting!!!

Am I the only one with this problem? :o

The car sold for a grand sum of £122! :( The man did seem very nice however so that softened the dissapointment a little but not much!

Sold 3 Film magazines today for £16.61 - Before ebay & paypal final sale fees. The ebay fees will be 10p each and I think the Paypal fee will be about 30p each.
I'm not going to relist this week. I'm going to start afresh next week (1st April). My 100 listings allowence will start again that week. I am going to concentrate on listing the "new" magazines I've got. They're all Photoplay Film Mags from the 80's. I'm selling them for 99p + £2.75 postage, which is cheaper than anyone else is selling them, so I think they should sell OK.
I'll then have a think about re-listing my other mags. I've been re-listing them for 3 months now. I'm wondering if it's worth just cutting my loses and giving them to my local charity shop.
