Thanks mrscmr, I'm sure I will have a good few days, my parents are great and I don't know what I would do without them, they always have the kids in the school holidays to give me a break.
92 items is great, I have a few things to relist and some other things I can get listed.Sealed Pot Challenge #0160 -
Wow mrscmr, do you ever sleep? I have no idea how you fit everything in :rotfl:
Have had 4 buyers pay...this has not changed since I last looked 10 minutes ago, and the 10 minutes before that (am now understanding why I don't get high listing figures)

Hi there
New on here. Just wondering if anyone has sold any jewellery on Ebay or any other sites? Have some good quality gold jewellery, some of it unused, that I would like to sell. However the jewellery is not just gold, it is made with precious and semi-precious gemstones and I can't take them to a jeweller because they would only give me money for the gold and not the gemstones.
Has anyone had any experience and can give me some advice pls. FYI - I have never sold anything on Ebay - have on Amazon - and only have access to a computer during the week (i.e. at work!).
Any responses would be appreciated.
Many thanks
Ginnygee
Any advice or suggestions on the above would be greatly appreciated
Many thanks

GinnyGee - I've sold some things on Ebay by setting a BIN price that I'm happy with for the items but beware that it can be very hard to get insurance on jewelry when shipping (ie. Post office won't cover it). I'd be tempted if they are high value items to put pick up only and see how you do. To that end, Gumtree has worked very well for me for large items and I think it may be worth posting your items with photos there for sale. The only downside is that you'll only get locals looking and you have to meet them when they want to come and check it out. (Some no shows do happen which is a pain.)
Good luck with your sales,
