CPW termination of contract and PAC request
Hello,
just ordered new phone through dial a phone, with really good contract.
called carphone s**t house to cancel my contract and request a PAC, the guy tried to make a better offer than my new deal, I told him I had already spoken to the retention team and that I would no longer be using them. He then gave me some spiel that the PAC wont work because of some "unwritten" issue between CPW o2 and any other supplier. I also have to make the request of the termination in writing. Never had this before,alway been able to do it overphone there and then!! Anyone else heard of this recently??
