Click and Buy charges

just been stung by them, i used click and buy as i only had a direct debit account, not a credit/debit one, ive use c and b for some time. and payments have always gone though, so im very surprised when 69p fails and im charged £25.
looking in there ios t&s it isnt clear. infact i couldn't spot the charge rates
in e-money terms
it states fees, and these are located in there fee table. so no charge/fees are set out in there t/s rather on a separate page.
if you can find there fee table then good luck, remember its meant to be clear and concise and easy to find any fees laid out.
also trying to contact them via the contact request form chucks me to my account page. so you cant even contact them.
any how i have no fuss they can go swivel ill change my account on itunes and just use a credit card. id rather be charge a % for transactions then £25 in the case of my 69p rejected direct debit.0
