    excellent.... remember folks, if it's a Thomson SkyHD box or Thomson Sky+ box and goes intermittent/dead/weird - there's a good chance the powersupply is the fault and many pages online devoted to how to tell for those willing to try and fix it.

    ALternative is as suggested, threaten to leave Sky as the box is crap and failing and they might offer a new box.
