    NO!
You would hope that having screwed up once
they ie Ticketweb would at least make an effort,
    to confirm whats happening.
do they have a non 0870 number?

Is anyone else still without a confirmation email from Seetickets? I have printed out the confirmation page but not heard anything. I really have to see the killers....

Check your email programme hasn't filtered them out as junk somehow.

If not, drop Seetickets a line, probably better to call them actually as their e-mail support is a bit rubbish, and confirm that your order went through ok :)

    Their website says :

Many email account providers offer a filter service to protect you from unwanted junk mail or ‘spam’. It is possible that your email confirmation from us has been mistakenly filtered by this service; so if you do not receive email confirmation from us within 48 hours, please check your Junk Mail and/or Deleted Files folders first. If you still cannot find your confirmation email, please contact us.

    Their phone number is 0870 895 5505.

If you have your confirmation number you can check the status of your order on their site.

You don't use another.com for your email do you? I've had problems with getting confirmation emails from Seetickets in the past and it was down to my email provider (https://www.another.com) filtering out their messages before they got to me. For some reason they took it upon themselves to identify emails from seetickets as bulk spam, even though they weren't supposed to be doing any server-side email filtering at all.

Note that this is before it hits outlook and ends up in the junk email folder or wherever - this is all done before you ever get a chance to see the mail, it's just deleted before it hits your pop3 mailbox and there's no notification to you at all that it ever existed. I complained and was told there was nothing they could do as seetickets IP was listed on a blacklist of blocked senders. Having said all that I've been able to receive emails from Seetickets recently so they must have made some changes. I've got sufficient junk mail filtering facilities myself and strongly object to someone else making such decisions for me, particularly when they are preventing legitamate mail from getting to me.

If when you speak to Seetickets they confirm the email was sent and you are positive it's not found it's not been ditched by your junk email filters then you might have a similar problem to the one I did, in which case I'd speak to your ISP or whoever provides your email facilities.

ticket web are generally cheaper than their rivals

seetickets/ticketmaster always charge more for fees and posting,
    and send later

stick to tweb as much better.

Yeah but we didnt have a choice as ticketweb cancelled our orders for the Carling Academy concert cause they sold too many and promised us SECC tickets at the same price then ticketmaster sent a confirmation email for the new order with their excessive charges included. Ticketmaster own ticketweb too so you would think they would charge the same!
