Hi Everyone,
If I turn my printer on, it continually prints out the Test page. My Ink is fine and I have tried unplugging etc.
Anyone got any ideas???
Thanks
Suzanne

You could try uninstalling/reinstalling the software/drivers.This site has saved me a fortune :money: ...it's also cost me a fortune!

Before you do the above try clearing out print jobs - http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?docname=npd09666&lc=en&cc=uk&dlc=en&product=58713&lang=en#N720. G0

If it's the HP test page it's probably not the drivers.
Doesn't this printer do a test page if one of the buttons on the front is held in when you turn it on.
maybe the button is stuck in or faulty.
If you want to prove if it's the drivers or not unplug it from the computer & see if it still does it.
At least you'll know from this if it's purely a printer problem or something else.
Cheers,

I was going to get one off ebay brand new but I will see if its a fault with printing out the test pages.0

Depending on the price, well worth the money I'd say. Bought mine new for over £70 around 6 years ago & it's still going strong (no problem with test pages, btw).everythingblogcast wrote:I was going to get one off ebay brand new but I will see if its a fault with printing out the test pages.
If you're fortunate you can also get new 'expired' 640c ink cartridges for a pittance off eBay - a few months ago, I got a black (40ml) for £1.65 & colour for £3.70 - both included delivery. G0
