Hi, this is my first post so new to this. I took out an orange contract through quidco for a tarriff that was £22.50, on my first bill i was charged £27 line rental and called up. Was told it should be sorted by next bill, this bills in and still being over charged.
Called orange today and they werent much help could only tell me to fax the email i had to them, my printer is broke and i dont have a fax, asked if i could email but told just to go to orange shop and fax it.
This is a bit of a hassel as i dont drive and wont be able to get there now til after new year. Also dont see why I should need to when orange must know what deals they offer and the email was from them.
Anyone else had any problem going through quidco to get an orange contract or anyone have any more advice for me please.
Sorry for the rant but could be doing without this bother

The 1st bill normally includes part of the previous month as billing date is different from the start of your contract.I always use Topcashback now as I've found them better at paying out than Quidco.0
