  • Foxit Reader is a decent alternative /

I've found Foxit will not allow you to print downloaded PDF files which have been security locked to prevent any changes - but whose security settings should/do allow you to just print them out (I'm thinking bank statements etc here) .........Foxit won't display a print option so will not allow you any print capability for such a file.

Same file in Adobe.....no problem prints perfectly: so I don't use foxit anymore.

Another vote for Foxit Reader here. Very fast and light without all the Adobe bloat which has grown over the years.

A nice feature is the ability to "drag" the document without having to scroll etc. Handy in large PDFs.

PS No issues here with printing either!
