  • made it easily to day 3 and feel a bit more energised already, not so bad having to get up in the night with baby either. A tougher examination awaits over the weekend though!

  • Thats great - the most I have stopped drinking for in the last 6 years at least is about two days in a row so today is the first step. I guess like any habit it is broken as quickly as it stats, you should go for it. Even if you do it for a while you will have tried, felt better for doing it and saved some money all at the same time.

    We could start a "drink free club" for money saving tee totallers.:A
