It would be nice to think that the extra money they are charging for these things would be making extra profit for the charity that they have been designed for - but I feel, in this day and age, that sadly that would be just in an ideal world.
It sickens me that people are making profit from charities in this way....** Getting back in the swing of saving again.... **

Trying to find the best deals to save as much as we can..........0 -
I went to a JJB near where I live and asked about them. A member of staff told me that as soon as they came in his manager bought them all and made over £700 in profit on ebay. He wouldn't even let any of his staff buy any.0

its stupid,
they should sell them on their website instead of shops at least the staff or manager wouldnt steal them,
look at this link on ebay i just found
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=2914&item=7133203032&rd=1
and the reserve met at £135.000 -
report that to nike and they'll stop supplying to that store and choose another store in your town to supply them.Beninio88 wrote:I went to a JJB near where I live and asked about them. the very same thing happened here with soccer sports, nike found out and stopped their supply and now gives "all sports" the order for bands here, on the strict provision it's 1 band per customer .0 -
I don't see why they didn't just make it more widely available...0

not big fan of these wistbands, seems like there's wristbands for everything now. it's not as if all the money goes to the charity anyway. Nike are just cashing in on the latest fashion craze.0

I got a nice wristband yesterday in a Spar shop with money going to Tsunami, blue and white mottled and cost £1.50.0
