Because you bought it online so you can send it back under the DSR with no comebacks from the company. If you were that bothered about getting this present then thats what you should have done.

Update; the game in question turned up today. No explanation as to where it's been since its despatch on the 9th of December, and I never received the promised 'self-declaration form' or any apology. I definitely won't be using Asda entertainment again, their service is awful.
