3 Problem - What Can I Do??
hi guys,
would you mind telling me where I stand with this situation.
I recently decided to join three mobile services from 02, and there has been a lengthy delay in having my phone connected so that i can recieve incoming calls and text messages. It has know reached 14 days since I was last able to recieve a phonecall or text. I can dial out however. The problem has originated from the fact that the number was originally an Orange number, then 02, then ported to three, so no company is willing to accept a responsibility for this, although 3 assure me they are doing 'everything' possible.
I have pretty much lost my patience with three, I accept that they have had to contact 02 and then Orange but the delays are unacceptable and I feel that 3 havent acted as fast as they could. For example, 3 emailed Orange and hadn't heard anything back within 2 working days. They haven't bothered to phone Orange or mail them again as far as Im aware. I infact took it upon myself to phone Orange and within 5 minutes was talking to someone about this.
I'd like to know where I stand with regard to enterting a three shop, leaving the phone on the desk, walking out and never paying a thing (asides from calls Ive made). Have three failed to honour the contract with me. What are my options?
thanks
