MintyMoneySaver's offer on debt free wannabe gets my vote!Orignal debt £31k 2005; reduced to just under £27k Sept 2008 New debt: Capital One Card £1000; mortgage arrears £1,252
Current Total Debt = £29k

I'd nominate MortgageMamma too.
The poster concerned was in deep doo-doo, her husband leaving her after assaulting her and her mortgage co being totally unsympathetic to the fact he wasn't going to pay their mortgage later this week. MM offered, as a broker, without any strings to approach the lender to see if she could get them to help.
May not get get anyone a few p off a tin of beans - but said more about some of the folks who inhabit these boards than moneysaving ever can.
That said, I haven't read all the other nominations, so I'll leave it for others to decide.0 -
As we are mainly on this site for advice on MONEY MATTERS,I wonder if Martin would give the winner of the post of the month a money makeover ,who knows but the makeover might actually save them alot more the £50 on offer . What does other users think0
