Mobile phone for 13 year old

I say stick to your budget, the £120 blackberry is almost double your budget not very MSE of the community suggesting thoes phones, how about this phone http://www.carphonewarehouse.com/mobiles/mobile-phones/NOKIA-C3/PPAY the good thing about carphone warehouse is the handsets are normaly unlocked (so work with any sim) yes you would have to buy the top up but it still works out a lot cheaper than buying the same phone handset only [STRIKE](and comes in pink)[/STRIKE]

edit: I take that link back and give you this one http://direct.tesco.com/q/R.209-1363.aspx same phone but direct from tesco mobile meaning if you have to buy the £10 top up you can use it, also look over these phones

There is no way on earth i would be buying any of my kids an iphone or HTC which is what they wanted. All of them got the san fransico and are plesantly surprised with it. They have all said that the only thing they dont like about it is the orange sign on the back, but once its in a cover it wont be noticed

Your Mum has said no for good reason, just be thankful you are allowed a mobile phone at 13.
