thanks for all the help guys! I closed the dispute today and have relisted the item (and blocked the bidder!). I can still leave feedback for them by the looks of it, so I think I should leave a neg. Just wanted to check that they stil can't leave me one, can they?0

If he didn't respond, if he tries to leave feedback the rating will be removed.
Essentially.. whatever comment he leaves (if he does) there will be a message below it saying 'The rating has been removed because the buyer failed to respond to the unpaid item process' - It will be obvious he's full of it.My TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0 -
I'd leave him neg it's only fair to other sellers to be warned what he's like.My Doctor told me that "1 out of 3 people who start smoking will eventually die." The other two apparently became immortal.
