Problems with Carphone Warehouse

constant problems with carphone warehouse and now they have given our numbers to other people for use with their mobile!
we have had constant problems with carphone warehouse that we took a contract with. i wrote countless letters but never with no answers including Charles Dunstone. not only did they cut us off but also have given our numbers to other people .these are important numbers for us as they represent our work numbers!!!!
any tips appreciated as we have made so many calls and all we got is one call centre staff saying that the staff are too junior and dont know what they are doing !

Searcher I have said many times on this site that I have written to four directors and have not even had an acknowledgement from them. Go into the CPW website and you will find the five fundamental rules they claim to adhere to. It may not do any good but its worth a laugh and eventually if enough people complain to trading standards and the like something may be done. Dunstone is not the golden light he makes himself out to be and it is about time this was brought out into the open.
What we can do is speak to people in his shops and let them know them know the truth.0 -
I have had the exact problem with Carphone Warehouse with my recent mobile phone, they had given me 2 SIM cards with numbers in use by another person. Even after using one of the SIM's for 1 month, they then give the number to another person, resulting in my phone being barred and I then cancelled the contract and reported it to Ofcom.
Go direct to Ofcom to get this esculated further, as CPW seem to have idiots as a company.0
