    Have you ever logged into somebody elses PC with your facebook login? (especially the friends PC that sent the original link)

    It could explain the messages being sent and in your sent mail but no evidence of a virus on your own PC.

    Best to change your passwords (If you are definitely 100% sure of no infections)

    i saw one of my dizzy friends has sent a couple of weird posts on their wall the other day
    i ignored them and saw later she posted she didnt know where they came from
    I assume her and your friends had a virus
