    Debt-free and Proud!
    Morning all,

In a bit late this week but have been keeping up with dailies and things. Thanks very much to Pigpen et al.

Our new niece arrived early on Christmas day which was very exciting and I am off to a children's birthday party shortly with DS2, the second of the week. Spring time really does have a lot to answer for!

    Catch you later.

I'm going to write a list of things I want to do next year. I'm great at writing lists of chores and getting them done but absolutely dreadful at making time to do the things I want to. That was my aim for flying in the first place but I've never taken that final leap so next year I will. Anyone want to join me?

    :j:jMe too!!! Me too!!!:j:j

I had a list a few years ago, and have done quite a few things on it - now I have more ideas!

I've done hardly any flying worth mentioning, apart from the dailies and washing. I have however, had a great afternoon at Lakeside with DD and DS2, and we all managed to get some bargains - I finally succumbed to temptation and bought myself a new work suit. I had said I wouldn'bt buy anything else until I'd lost some weight, but it's proving rather difficult to do, and my black suit is looking a little tired.

Today we're off to visit my sister, and Dad.

DS2 is very cross at the moment. He won an auction on Boxing Day, and when we tried to pay the next day on Paypal, it was showing as Payment Sent. We contacted the seller, and he told us he's sold them already to someone else!!! Not happy.

greenbee - very pleased to hear of good news from appointment.

mumof2 - supportive vibes for your appt.

love and hugs, especially to toots, lady-liberty and lamewolf.
It is never too late to become what you were always intended to be
  • As I am working I have been pleasantly surprised that my DH has decided today that he will do all the dishes and sort out some of the housework! That is love for you! Ironing was up to date but will finish off all the bits that have been washed in time for 2011 and an empty ironing basket!
Well lets see - I dip in and out of MSE all the time but I still come back - have done since 2007!!!

I'll join you Dusty. I'm really rubbish at taking time for myself and this is something I want to do next year.

    WM back on.
    DW been emptied and refilled.
    Our bed been made.
Rhys's clothes have been folded and put away.
    All clean washing been collected.

Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.
