What is the matter with the Virgin router?
Go take a look on the VM support forums, wireless section. They're full of people having problems with the current Virgin hub.
I was referring specifically to the VM hub, which I believe is unique to Virgin (or the installed firmware is), not to Netgear routers in general.0 -

Thanks for that as I should have Virgin installed in the New Year so will keep an eye out on what router they install.0
