hi,
there has been much discussion in our household as to the cost of leaving a wireless router turned on 24/\7.
Does anyone have a feel for the approx. cost of electricity by leaving on your Wireless Router all the time?
thanks
Jonathan

About 10 pence per week.:footie:
Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S)
Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money.

Why discuss it? If you look in the manual it will tell you the power consumption rating-but as already said, it's miniscule. No free lunch, and no free laptop
