HSA - Quidco - It's back (£35 this time) !!

Been with them for years if go in to hospital they pay a nightly rate and £100 consultant fees also physio and also paid in to your account within 4 days cannot fault them .

the quidco offer on hsa is only available to new customers, so unfortunately you can't benefit from it

I can't afford private medical insurance, this looks like a good halfway house to me. And it's great to get the commission yourself rather than it go to a salesperson :-)

hsa site is down right now though by the look of it.

if your claim is under the maximum for a particular category ie you only spend 15 pounds at the dentist when your limit is 70 pounds, they pay only half of the 15 pounds claim back... they keep paying half until you reach your limit but if you spent 140 pounds you would get the 70 pounds back... I'm sure this is how we have received our payments from HSA.. feel free to correct me if I'm wrong..

Hmmm...that's a new one on me. I will have a look at their T&C's on this one (not made a claim yet).

That's not the way it has worked for me - I recently claimed £45 dental bill out of an annual limit of £70 and was paid the full amount (within just a few days, great service). There are some elements where only a percentage of the actual expense incurred is paid though which is what you might be thinking of? For dental costs, 100% of each claim is paid.

Hi, I took advantage of the £77 comission offer to join HSA via Quidco in August and it could not have come at a better time. No sooner had I joined but I was admitted to hospital and was kept in for a total of 37 days. I put my claim in and HSA have paid the appropriate payment, in my case I got £200 back. My wife also joined at the time and she has already had £42 back in dentist fees.

So I can definetely recommend HSA however I am still waiting on the comission from Quidco.
