Our HB had big 75% off signs up today. I went in for a wander, and could count 6 items on sale, scattered about the store and none with 75% off.0

Went back to the shop today. There was only one assistant at the till. At first he wouldn't take the item back as I'd opened the packaging, but he could see my displeasure and I explained that I wasn't happy with the quality and it certainly isn't suitable for a 9 year old, so "on this occasion" he agreed to let me exchange for something else of the same value. Couldn't get a refund though. There was a queue of people waiting to be served, so I suspect he just wanted to get rid of me.
I certainly won't be shopping there again, as most of the stuff they sell is overpriced rubbish.Striving to clear the mortgage before it finishes in Dec 2028 - amount currently owed - £19,575.020
