Lucky you! At the carboot I went to yesterday, there was a woman walking round with a footstool she'd bought (wasn't you unless you were in Wetherby ) that I'd have bought if I'd seen it first :mad:

We were walking up and down the rows the opposite way so I kept passing her and passing her...

Hmm am now in two minds after reading thread whether or not to start backstitching chapel cross stitch or wait till I've completed more?...Will have to get it out and have a look and then do some stitching (fab excuse thanks!)

Thanks for that Chicky. I have been wanting some threads for awhile but kept putting it off. Now though with a combination of the discount and saving some money by changing my mind about the magnetic board I don't feel so bad about making an order

I forgot to say, I bought a latch-hook rug making kit yesterday, with the dog from the Popcorn range on it. They're round about the £40 mark in Hobbycraft and I got it from a CS yesterday for £3 :j

Thanks for the heads up chicky...I too will get some threads from A-T...meant to do an order before heading off on holiday, but never managed it, now I can get them cheaper - thanks! :T How's things with you today??

Going to start a crafting to-do list so I can organise myself and work out what I want/need to make in the coming months....who knows, I may even do some stitching too!!!

Looks like the bread needs putting into loaf tins soon...need to have lunch too...running late today

ah ppoooohhhh sticks..... ordered floss off ebay and was all happy with what i paid and delivery and they came today and i did the happy dance....
and now i realise that only 8 of the colours are the ones they said they'ed send..... the rest are all different.
now i dont have the ones the sent instead either.... and dont really want to pay to send them back.....

what shall i do? I have another order for another 50 flosses from them ment to be winging their way to me by friday.......should i cancle (If i can) ????

PP - I would get them to check the floss they are sending! Say that there was an error in this lot (but as you have paid for x number of skeins you will keep them) but if the next lot is wrong you want a full refund AND to keep the floss!
