  • Had forgotten all about this. All good news though. I have really cut back on spending and really been focussed on saving. So current balance sits at £1,051. Now I just need to keep this going and I can hopefully clear off all my credit card debt when they come off 0% balance transfer deals in 18 months.
There's no sense crying over every mistake.
You just keep on trying till you run out of cake.

  • Sorry Guys, I'm going to have to bow out of this one as things have become very very difficult money-wise...

I'll be back in the New Year :D
  • But I am too discouraged to start this year despite 2 tamper proof money boxes.

  • Another £30 added to my pot (bank account) for November bringing my total to £334. One more month to go!! I'm so pleased I kept up with this. I have decided to treat my family to tickets to see Michael McIntyre next year. So £200 accounted for. Me and DS are also going to have a fantastic shopping day in Birmingham this Christmas, (normally I have no money so we kind of window shop and drink lattes). And anything left I might just buy myself a little something nice...

Nice to hear talk of another thread for next year. I will certainly be joining again, this is one very doable challenge with a great reward at the end.
