thanks chickywiggle for putting me down for 2011 and for doing this thread

I've saved the £365 this year, and my sister did too. She has a £700 overdraft which she wants to clear so I've decided to give mine to her so she can pay it off :D Thank god she doesn't have any other debts !

  • I'll be ready with the tin opener on New Year's Eve. I seem to be a week behind a lot of you! How did that happen....?

I think I managed the whole year so far so cannot wait for the cash.

Am determined to do it again next year. Maybe I'll push it to £1.50.

    Thanks

    Big Tip

Don't throw away your 2010 calendars/diaries. Keep them with your tin and use them to cross off the days as you put your pounds in. I had a nightmare keeping track until I did this.

  • I don't think I've tried this challenge but would like to join. Totally disorganised for Christmas present money this year so hope to do £1 day for Christmas 2011 or to tide us over Jan 2012 after the Christmas excesses. Count me in please!
