Trnslation websites?

Merry Christmas MSE'rs, hope you all had a great day!

Quick question, apart from "babel fish" any pointers to other good translations websites please?

I'm looking to translate a pdf scientific document from English to French, hoping to make life a little easier using trans tool, I know they are not 100% word perfect, but i'll manually deal with difficult words that appear not to translate too well. I should add, I'm looking for free sites if possible?

I use babelfish and google translators regularly but only for personal use. I work in science and for technical documents we always use specialist translators. There are often quite specific nuances that can easily get lost but can make a big difference to the meaning, so be careful about the free online ones which aren't really equipped for that sort of understanding

Google looks good, did a couple of pages last night.

Ellay, got you on losing "specific nuances" once done I'll email over to France, the end user will have to have proper translation done on parts lost in translation, was there not a filmed called the same?
