Well go *beep* off back to the Lush forum then

Someone from here was told to pee off in her first post over there last night. Someone else (who's been a member of the Lush forum for less time than me) said I should question my "moral entitlement" to a hatbox (wasn't going to order anyway despite being entitled by virtue of being a forum member since forever)....What made me quite sad is that even after everyone got their stuff and the phone lines were closed, someone on the Lush forum was insisting that any leftovers not be made available to the presumably less cool Facebook Lush fans or anyone else. ... it shocked me that some people on the other site were insistent that nobody even get a stray sniff of their leftovers and displayed a mean-spiritedness that I don't normally associate with Lush. Fortunately it's just the forum users and not the staff that put me off.
Several people on the Lush forum have criticised the people displaying that sort of attitude. There are quite a few of us who use the Lush forum and this one. And there are quite a few of us who think that some of the Lush forumites have behaved like total !!!!!! for the past couple of days.0 -
Last was born in October so this was a first for me. Couldn't have a nice glass of wine with dinner, had to make do with Schloer or whatever it's called instead!
And all the lovely cheeses on the cheese boards... Good thing chocolate isn't banned!
Aw, atleast you're not heavily pregnant. My baby(?!) is 2 on Jan 4th so Christmas 2008 and NY 2009 was horrid for me LOL I was huge and uncomfortable!

Reassuring, I was really surprised at how unpleasant people were being.
I have one of the spotty hatboxes somewhere from last year, empty obviously *wonders if I could put it on ebay*
Oh and I was 6-7 weeks pregnant over Christmas 2008 and couldn't stomach any of the lovely food on offer anywhere. Nightmare.Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76

If it helps, Edinburgh had loads yesterday. My last visit (I made 3) was at 1pm. They had loads of Xmas gifts (mainly secret santas and the candy cane ones but lots of others too)
They had a fair few snow fairys, lots of snow globe and lots of bath ballistics and bars (most up the back) Not a lot of pre-Oct prodicts tho.
HTH (even if this post is a bit late)0 -
