best blackberry upgrade tariff

currently on a £45 pm blackberry tariff with orange- 900 min pm.
can upgrade soon but dont need a new phone, just wondering what sort of tariff they can offer me to stop me leaving? or are orange as bad as o2 with retentions?

    Well you can get 500 mins unlimited sms 500 data & wifi, and unlimited calls to o2 numbers (which you can exchange for unlimited calls to landlines) for £25 on o2, and any blackberry free. + £90 cashback via quidco. so that works out at £21.25 a month.
