right, from my window I can see more of enith is in the camper. Oh if only the osteroporis was a little worse, she may have slid in no problem. In fact a boomerang shaped coffin which would have matched her posture would have been better for manouvering. I wonder how someone with a right angled back is laid in the coffin. I hope they dont open the lid and she springs out like a jack in the box.0

they are now all stood outside the camper. Enith is half out of the door and a very worring finger has just been pointed at my front door.0

darn it, Mr and Mrs C are coming up the drive, better go down. be right back.0

Am laughing so much now ... (no disrespect intended to anyone with unfortunate coffin stories!)0 -
Just say no!
The corpse can't come in your house!
Say you're terribly superstitious.0 -
OMG I've got a funeral to go to tomorrow and I just know that this thread is going to spring to mind at a very inappropriate moment, I'm crying with laughter here.0

I dont believe it. Enith is now going to rest in our dining room. I should have guessed it and read the posts here before. I had to agree, I was put in an almighty tight corner after Mrs J agreed without asking me. I actually find it a bit sick that instead of my beef lasagne resting on my Jacobean effect table, I am going to have a cold shoulder of meat instead.
Mrs J's fault, she jumped in and said yes to their delight and she knows I am not happy. I found myself asking how we are going to protect the top of the dining room table from scratches and Mr C has gone into the garage to find the bubble wrap from Mrs Cs belongings.
Mrs J knows I am not happy so we are going out tonight now.
So there we have it, Enith is back with us.0 -
and hoo bloo dy ray they are bringing the flatpacked Enith through my door. And I have just heard the wood bang against my door frame. i AM LITERALLY SEETHING HERE.
Whats more, tonight I am going to have the Devon massive turn up to pay their respects. My f'ing IKEA tealights will be used up no doubt. My tea bags will be used, my milk will be pillaged and all I will hear in bed tonight is the popping of the bubble wrap as Enith thaws out.0 -

Oh and I cant cook in MY KITCHEN because Mrs C is cooking the flipping CANAPES for tomorrow.
If I come home and find them sat there with my Ikea tealights on, playing scrabble on the coffin, I will give them a triple word score.0
