Remember not to take risks with drinking and driving, use a local taxi service or nominated driver, hate to give advice for people caught out.

They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?

Merry Christmas and a very Happy New Year to all who come on this board regularly and help, and also to all the newbies who have learned to ignore fake invoices from private parking companies. :D

To the PPCs themselves, you are simply parasites operating a cowboy generic scam* industry, threatening customers of real companies who actually have a service to offer. You offer no service whatsoever except to line the pockets of the PPC owners, who know I am speaking the truth but who selfishly cling to the hope that they can retire before the 'cover' of 'parking management' is blown. Shame on you.

Like with phishing emails, fewer and fewer people are now falling for the threats I am sure. Also, if we spend the new year bombarding retail Store Managers with complaints about their PPCs and saying every time that they've lost a family of customers, then we should start to see more contracts being lost in 2011.

*naming no names, it is OK to call the whole practice a scam and a cowboy operation.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

A very Merry Christmas to all, and thanks for all the help and advice given on here.
I would also like to wish everyone a ticket free and stress free 2011.
  • Well I am very impressed, haven't been around that much over the last few months but my employees sometimes read these and have a chuckle.
I have been divorced, no longer involved in PPC industry, putting ads on dating sites and lots of otter crap - but it gives me a chuckle.
The PPC model will be changing in the next 12-18 months and will be owner liability for the charges and that will ensure even more income and it's forums like this that have pushed this through so Thank You.
Clamping will go, but more tickets and an easier way to get income - excellent.
It is nice to see that people are still referring to me after all this time, I certainly made an impression on these sites by being the owner of a company that proved In court that our charges are enforceable .
Well have a nice Christmas and a happy and prosperous new year, I intend to :)

In your dreams , the only changes will be the ones where businesses such as yours will go out of business, in reality you and your ilk are not needed as you are the problem and not the solution.
