    We have now completed! The estate agent is waiting for the seller to drop off the keys, and i should be heading there around lunchtime to pick them up.

    I'm going to be chomping at the bit to go and have a look round and have my first cuppa but i have promised the other two that i will wait until they finish work, which is unfortunately 4pm and 6:30pm! It'll be dark then too but i'll still be taking tons of pictures for posterity ;) Want to get some when the place is still tidy!

    The champagne has to wait till the two i'm sharing with finish work :( Just eating my celebratory egg and bacon sandwich, and having a mug of tea.

    Moved in the basics last night. Everything went smoothly - just got to make enquiries about changing the utilities over to us.

    Any particular recommendations as to other things i should do but might forget?
