Why are some people getting more credit than others? Does it make a difference which sim you use, is it best to use a new one or older one?

think it's a mixture of length of time with O2 and the amount you have topped up with in the past

I was wondering this myself. Does the new sim become unusable after you have done it ?

As for people getting varying amounts I'm not sure its the amount of time. I've had my current o2 payg sim now for over 3 years.

I've just done it and got a tenner too and I have been with O2 for 2 years, think it must be down to how much you top up each month.
