Just some things I found out:
You cannot attempt this within the 14 day period, so when you text in wait 14 days for the top up.
You can then use another SIM, but the amount you receive is based on your last top up
I had my £10 acknowledged after 14 days. When I used a second SIM my top up was £0 as I hadn't topped up myself, so you can use as many SIMS as you want, but to get value you have to use them between top ups
