I expected that would be the case, just cannot see why there'd be a delay!

Surely 14 days means 14 days not 13.

The original post and the text from O2 is quite clear on this matter.:D

  • hi

just a quick query. I'm due for £50 on the 17th Nov using this method. I've told my gf about it but she is worried that it's dodgy...

is this legal or will O2 come back and take the credit back if they find out I haven't upgraded?

Just to put her mind at rest so I can give her a spare sim (that O2 kindly give out for free)
  • They told me i would get a fiver and last weekend they added £10!
  • Hi there, could someone please clear this up for me.

I have tonnes of free sims, and wondered how people were registering them to get £2.50 free credit.

I assume you put one new sim in your phone, and register another new sim. However when I try to do this, it doesnt have enough money to text in order to register.

    Any ideas?

To get 300 free texts on a new O2 sim put it in your phone, switch on and wait for the welcome to O2 message. Then text (free) the word BALANCE to 20202. You'll get a confirmation text and the freebies take immediate effect.

To get an extra £2.50 you can register the sim with O2 by sending you Name, House Number, Postcode by text to 21500 - this is applied after 2 days.
