Talk Talk up for the customer service wooden spoon award

The Daily Mail & This is Money are featuring ten companies nominated for "the wooden spoon", ie the worst customer serivce in the country. You can add your own nomination if you wish but at present Talk Talk are the telecoms & internet company featured. Am I the only one who has had good customer service from TT? I have no complaints.
I seem to be in the minority.
I am a new customer though so perhaps that is why...Debt 30k in 2008.:eek::o Cleared all my debt in 2013 and loving being debt free

No, you're not the only one. I had one problem at the start with my router, I lost connection once each day. I telephoned customer support and a lady talked me through fixing the problem and now have a faultless connection and a download speed of 12Mbps even in the early evening, so no complaints from me.It's someone else's fault.0 -

i had a lil issue when i moved to the flat above my old one. my order when i was moving got stuck. they said theyd escalate it and offered me compensation to my bank account to go buy a wireless dongle. if they offer compo without ppl asking i am happy!
they did also tell me my phone line wasnt connected when i was calling them from it but it must have just been a bit of bad communication between the engineer at BT [who left a card when we missed an appointment but two days later our line was connected]]
after that its all been fine , like it was in our old flat, got billed for the right days with moving and everything. think they forgot the download + thing but they got it resolved first time,0 -
My Router problem was sorted very quickly by clear step-by-step instructions over the phone but from what I read here, I guess I was one of the lucky few.
However there seems to be no authority that controls TALKTALK PRICE INCREASES. For example from 1st January connection charge went up to 10.9p. That's a MASSIVE ten percent increase when inflation is so low ... anybody out there knows who to complain to about such things?0
