Can I sell a holiday to someone else if i don't want it?

Thanks everyone for your replies, I would never enter competitions that I didn't want win. I have an illness and sometimes it can flare up at the most annoying times so thats why I wanted to know if I won a holiday/weekend break and suddenly couldn't make it, if I would then be able to give it to my family or sell it if they also couldn't make it.
