    Also hoping there will be one of lawyers coming on here to advise on this.

    Its my understanding that employers are allowed to reclaim monies overpaid - but must work out a mutually agreed rate to do so with the employee. Hoping that we can get this clarified as to whether there is any law compelling them to do this at a gradual rate (it was after all their fault forgawdsake - so thats the least they can do).

    have you been to your Union about this?
