4 year old with toilet issues - help

Will your DD use a nappy to make a poo, if you asked her to wear for an hour or so during the day ?
The challenge is to get the motions moving, and you have already been given excellent advise regarding high fibre diet, but I was wondering if the pain / fear was 'more' associated with the toilet.
Also, difficult I know, but try and take the pressure off. Maybe sit down and chat and say that you will only mention going to the toilet once a day, perhaps you know a best time ?, and then leave it up to her.
Also regarding bedwetting (I think you mentioned), if the bowel is full it makes it very difficult to empty the bladder properly, hence her wetting.
And (sorry last thing), praise her when she does do a poo, nappy or not and tell her how pleased you are.
