Yes - I am back at work
Chose to work the Bank Holiday and save the day for later in the year (although it's really quiet and I've spent loads of time on here
)
Plan for today:- eat well
- drink 1 litre of water
- exercise
- skin care routine
Oh well! Sometimes those things work out well especially if it is nice and quiet. Don't work too late though!!!I've got my own flat :j:j
Now I have to pay the bills :eek:
And feed my interiors addiction

Done OK with today's list - just didn't manage the workout
I really do find this so hard, will try to go to the gym tomorrow
Was tempted to order shoes from Next - but they were sold out in my size
Think 'somebody' is telling me something
No spend day :j Just made some card payments but don't count those as 'spends'. Stuck to my meal plan so didn't stop on the way home and risk temptation

Good girl

No workout here either, but that's because my heating is broked & while it woud be great to get all hot & glowy to keep warm, having a bath after is essential, so I'm in bed already to keep warm - much safer
