Sounds good, £21 is a good spend in asda. I need to do some meal planning and batch cooking for the week ahead. Just need to get out of my pyjamas first.....I've got my own flat :j:j
Now I have to pay the bills :eek:

I've taken the decorations down and the flat is clean and tidy (one of my resolutions
)
I am back to work tomorrow so time for some goals for the week;- lose 3lbs
- exercise 3 times
- drink 1 litre of water per day
- stick to budget
- keep flat tidy
- stick to skincare regime (my skin is awful
)

Hey sweetie,
you're on fire girl :j
Wow to weekly shop & all the fab plans - although I think 3lbs is quite a lot to lose in one week ?
I've not done any exercise for days - felt to groggy, but am back on it as of tomorrow.0 -
Well done on your plans Shoesy! Skinny and solvent for 2011 X'The road to a friends house is never long'0

Yes - I am back at work
Chose to work the Bank Holiday and save the day for later in the year (although it's really quiet and I've spent loads of time on here
)
Plan for today:- eat well
- drink 1 litre of water
- exercise
- skin care routine
