Thanks everybody for the nagging
Did the first session on my running programme this morning - only 15 mins walk/run but it was tough! Why did I agree to do this???? Need to keep thinking it's all in a good cause - the charity and my figure!
Nice early night last night - the book is fab so far! Done my run and a bit of essential shopping today and now going to have a 2 hour housework blitz before I settle down to watch the football
