o2 bills question

Hi all,

My girlfriend has had a contract with O2 via CPW since January of this year. Due to the ineptitude of the staff in the CPW shop the contract doesn't appear to have been registered properly with O2, and as such she's has not had a bill from January to September. She has now had a bill for calls going back to July, and for minutes over and above the contract which she has not used.
Does anyone know for what period of time they can retrospectively invoice for and how they can bill for minutes over contract where the actual usage is below the agreed minutes?

In all fairness, al though i understand your point, she has used the service, thus must pay for it.

By the sounds of it, they have bundled all her usage since july into one month which has caused it to go over one months allowance. This is not correct and so you should be able to speak to them about being creditted the money back
