Why shouldn't they, there are you making a case for not buying from best buy and someone else is saying, hold on not every customer has problems.

The only ones I'm ever wary of are those who have just signed up to the forums and their first post is to back a company up.

In fairness you did post it in the Praise, Vent and Warnings section so I guess some will post praise....Not that that will make you fell any better about a company being rubbish...

One day some company will do what they say they will do and charge a fair charge.:T

Not doing the opposite of that which they promise and charge you a fortune for the privileged. :(

    Or maybe not:mad:

For two reasons. One; I would have to pay the return delivery and I don't see why I should have to for their !!!!-up.
Nope. The DSR state that delivery is to take place within a reasonable time (30 days, unless otherwise stated). If you cancel due to non-delivery within this time, it's a full refund. They'd received the intention to cancel before dispatching it, so ...

Their customer service guy rang me yesterday and confirmed our conversation in this email:

    Good Afternoon Mr x,
As per our conversation today, I can confirm a collection has been arranged for Monday 17th January 2011 between 9am-5pm. Please note your returns reference number is 60007750. Please mark this on your parcel along with your returns note. Once the item is received back in our returns office we will refund your account within 3-5 working days.
Once again I am extremely sorry for the trouble you have experienced with this order and I am very grateful for your patience throughout.
    Kindest Regards

So, I've forgiven them for all their sins and am now fairly impressed with their response.
